We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, driving sales conversions, and building strong customer relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer engagement
- Address customer queries and resolve objections effectively
- Update and maintain records in CRM/tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling / sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Fluency in English + regional language preferred
