Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle customer inquiries, assist with cake orders, follow up with customers, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with customers while ensuring a smooth ordering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries about cakes, prices, delivery schedules, and customization options.
- Assist customers in placing and modifying cake orders.
- Make outbound calls to confirm orders, delivery details, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, feedback, and service satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update order details in the system.
- Promote special offers, seasonal products, and ongoing promotions to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Meet daily call handling and customer service targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online ordering systems.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or hospitality customer support.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
