Key Responsibilities
A Performance Manager in the immigration sector is responsible for overseeing the productivity, quality of work, and training of staff involved in visa processing, client counseling, and documentation.
- Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for visa counselors, documentation staff, and telecallers.
- Case Management & Process Optimization: Analyze performance data to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency of visa applications.
- Sales & Target Achievement (Common in Commercial Firms): Lead team efforts to achieve sales targets for study visas, PR, and other immigration services.
