Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Hyderabad (Hi Tech City) : On-site
Working Days / Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This role is designed for professionals who can not only drive revenue but also lead and scale a business development team, manage high-value partnerships, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs); set targets, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.
Revenue Ownership:
Own team targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Lead Management & Strategy:
Oversee allocation and utilization of company-provided HNI and B2B leads; ensure high conversion efficiency across the team.
Investor & Partner Pitching:
Personally handle high-value prospects and guide the team in delivering effective pitches and presentations.
Partnership Development:
Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline health; conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Process & Training:
Develop sales processes, scripts, and training modules to improve team effectiveness and consistency.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Head and internal teams, for smooth onboarding and execution.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–6 years in business development, sales, or partnerships, with at least 1–2 years in team handling roles.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Commerce; MBA preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability
Experience handling HNIs and senior stakeholders
Target-driven with strong ownership mindset
Ability to train, mentor, and scale teams
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Tech:
MS Office proficiency required
CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) preferred
