Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source talent for front-of-house, back-of-house, and management roles.
- Conduct interviews and background verification checks for security compliance.
- Design onboarding programs emphasizing property values, luxury standards, and guest satisfaction.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training for hospitality etiquette, grooming, and customer service.
- Manage compliance training including food safety, first aid, and emergency protocols.
- Build pathways for internal promotions to reduce high industry turnover.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Resolve conflicts between shifts, departments, or staff members.
- Organize programs for employee recognition, rewards, and team building.
- Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and implement fixes.
Compliance & Administration
- Enforce labor laws, working hour limits, and overtime regulations.
- Manage payroll data, attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave requests.
- Maintain records of medical checks, visas, and work permits for international staff.
Job Requirements Education & Experience
- Degree held in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Years active: 3 to 5 years of HR experience specifically within hotels or resorts.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
