Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time)
Elara is a premium after-school enrichment centre dedicated to children aged 1–7 years. Our programmes are built around experiential learning, hands-on activities, games, storytelling, art, music, and research-backed teaching methodologies that nurture confidence, curiosity, creativity, communication, and critical thinking.
We are looking for passionate educators who genuinely enjoy working with young children and want to create meaningful learning experiences every day.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive classes for children aged 1–7 years.
Plan and deliver lessons based on Elara's curriculum and learning objectives.
Design creative, hands-on learning activities, games, and teaching materials.
Prepare weekly lesson plans and classroom resources.
Facilitate learning through stories, art, music, movement, sensory play, and educational games.
Observe children's progress and provide feedback to parents and the academic team.
Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with the curriculum and centre teams to continuously improve programmes.
Participate in events, workshops, and parent engagement activities.
Keep the classroom organised and ensure all learning materials are well maintained.
Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute beyond the defined role whenever required in a growing organisation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred).
Prior experience teaching young children is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Ability to make learning fun through games and interactive activities.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow with the organisation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
