Roles & Responsibilities
Client Handling & Sales Coordination
· Attend walk-in clients and understand their requirements.
· Explain modular kitchen and interior solutions to prospective customers.
· Coordinate with the design team for client requirements and presentations.
· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Sales & Business Development
· Generate new business opportunities through references and client networking.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
· Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations.
Quotation & Proposal Management
· Prepare quotations and sales proposals based on client requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, BOQ, and project scope.
· Ensure timely sharing of proposals and revisions with clients.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with designers, site teams, and vendors for smooth project execution.
· Update clients regarding project progress and timelines.
· Ensure proper handover and customer satisfaction after project completion.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (Interior Design background preferred).
· 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchen, interior, or furniture sales.
· Excellent communication and client handling skills.
· Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
· Knowledge of modular kitchen products and interior solutions preferred.
· Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
