Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our growing Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, purchase entries, vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record management. Freshers with good accounting knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare and process purchase entries, purchase invoices, and vendor bills.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
- Maintain purchase records and expense tracking.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on payment status.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and accounting records.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally, Zoho Books, or accounting software.
- Prepare MIS reports and reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams regarding billing and purchase-related activities.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and financial records.
- Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.
- Assist with audit and taxation documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.E., or B.Tech).
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, purchase accounting, and GST.
- Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of Zoho Books is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or other accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
- Understanding of purchase entries, invoice processing, vendor management, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
