Role Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing daily cab rental operations across pan India, ensuring high service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- candidates with only experience in ride handling/ mobility companies such as Ola, Uber or Rapido will be preferred.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across pan India, ensuring smooth and efficient cab rental services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and service accuracy.
- Implement and maintain strong SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance operational quality.
Team Management
- Manage and coordinate teams across multiple locations, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
- Lead a team of shift managers, ensuring they understand business goals and achieve pre-defined operational targets.
- Provide necessary tools, training, and guidelines to drive operational excellence.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Handle customer inquiries, address complaints promptly, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure all operations follow safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality benchmarks.
Financial & Revenue Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue performance across all operational locations.
- Support revenue generation and profitability by managing category functions effectively at a pan India level.
Performance Analysis & Improvement
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency (KRA/KPI)
- Work closely with supply, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and superior customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in parameters like service reliability, client trust, and operational accuracy.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance, inventory availability, and supply chain reliability.
- Ensure cab inventory is maintained at optimal levels, including last-minute availability.
Strategic & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct price benchmarking for clients and car vendors across pan India.
- Analyse competitor trends, pricing, and inventory strategies—both local and international—and share insights with the team.
- Develop new ideas to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with all internal teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Ensure operational teams follow guidelines for accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹49,498.77 per month
