Position: VMC Setter
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Key Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Setter.
- Must have experience in manual VMC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to independently set offsets, tooling, fixtures, and prove out new jobs.
- Good knowledge of Mitsubishi controllers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
- Experience in troubleshooting machining and programming issues.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine setup and manual program creation/editing.
- Optimize machining parameters to achieve production targets.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain machine productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
