Job Title: Store Manager – Multi-Brand Electronics Retail Store

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our multi-brand electronics retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating and managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing regular performance reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, appliances, or consumer durables is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of in MS Excel and Word
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
