We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder and ensure seamless executive and business operations.
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Co-Founder, managing executive schedules, business coordination, administrative operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Co-Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate domestic travel, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Draft professional emails, presentations, and internal communications.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Manage reimbursements, vendor payments, and payment reminders.
- Maintain contracts, agreements, and business documentation.
- Coordinate banking and finance-related documentation.
- Update CRM and prepare weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate office events, gifting, courier management, and other administrative activities.
- Support leadership with operational follow-ups and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business reporting.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
