Ø Maintain hygienic condition at branches.
Ø Ensure security and safety of the personnel and assets.
Ø Organize special arrangements during Hartal, Bandh etc. and coordinate with Regional Manager.
Ø Introduce an effective system for answering outside and inside enquiries of patients including charges of investigations and time of delivery of test results.
Ø Convey urgent results to hospitals/doctors by fax, e-mail or by phone.
Ø Attend all the telephone calls.
Ø Ensure prompt dispatching of results on time.
Ø Arrange all area and branch results in separate files and covers.
Ø Supervision of cash counter and surprise cash verifications.
Ø Record all messages in appropriate registers and maintain the registers carefully and ensure action taken on time.
Qualification : Minimum Degree
Ø Any other duties as allotted by higher authorities based on exigencies
