Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Executive to provide technical and functional support to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with clients to resolve product-related issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Handle client communication professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues within defined timelines.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain product support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of software applications or SaaS products is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
