Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
2. Planning & Project Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials for uninterrupted workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Attend project review meetings and provide status updates.
3. Quantity Surveying & Billing
- Verify work quantities and prepare measurement sheets.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and work records.
- Assist in contractor billing and client billing processes.
- Reconcile material consumption with executed work.
4. Material Management
- Prepare material requisitions based on site requirements.
- Verify quality and quantity of incoming materials.
- Coordinate with the Inventory and Procurement departments.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain proper material stock records.
5. Quality Assurance & Control
- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities.
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
- Maintain site registers, labour records, and equipment logs.
- Keep updated records of approved drawings and revisions.
- Document site instructions, inspections, and work completion reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
