Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Ghatkopar West
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our branch operations in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and business development skills to manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall operations of the branch. Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor branch performance and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.
