We are scaling our on-ground B2B acquisition engine and looking for sharp, result-oriented marketing professionals to join our Calicut hub immediately
*Job Role & Core Responsibilities:*
As an IT/Software Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our B2B market expansion. Your primary focus will be hunting and closing software adoption deals with property owners, real estate developers, and apartment management committees.
*Lead Generation: Identify and map out target properties, apartment complexes, and commercial hubs in the region.
*B2B Pitching: Approach association presidents and building owners to pitch our technology suite, addressing their operational pain points.
* Product Demos: Deliver clear, compelling live demonstrations of the application interface, showing immediate ROI to clients.
* Account Closure: Manage the sales cycle from cold outreach to technical on boarding and contract signing.
* Market Feedback: Coordinate with the internal product development team to share field insights and client feature requests.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have solid sales experience).
*Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in B2B corporate sales, software/SaaS marketing, or real estate business development.
*Local Knowledge: Must have a strong local network and a deep understanding of Calicut's real estate layout.
*Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential for client-facing negotiation.
*Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for field visits.
