Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Rotocast Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s finance function. The role will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, controls, statutory compliance, working-capital management, and management reporting to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and long-term financial strategy.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS, profitability analysis, financial statements, variance reports, and dashboards for management and Directors.
- Ensure timely finalisation of accounts, statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and annual financial statements.
- Manage compliance relating to Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, banking requirements, and other applicable statutory obligations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, approval systems, cost controls, policies, and risk-management processes.
- Drive working-capital optimisation, receivables collection, vendor-payment planning, inventory controls, and cash management.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund-based/non-fund-based facilities, renewals, documentation, and reporting.
- Support capital expenditure decisions, project-cost monitoring, investment evaluation, and business expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, sales, HR, and plant teams to improve cost efficiency and financial discipline.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA preferred; MBA Finance / CMA candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 12–18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, including leadership responsibility.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, foundry, engineering, metals, or industrial organisation will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, banking, and statutory compliance.
- Proven capability in cost control, working-capital management, cash-flow planning, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
