Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our Mobile Finance Locker services, generating customer interest, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the features and benefits of the Mobile Finance Locker service.
- Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call status.
- Address basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer onboarding.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and smartphone handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
