Job Description - Lead - Machine Learning
The Lead - Machine Learning will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of machine learning models and solutions. This role requires a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, along with leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Lead the design and development of machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to enhance business processes.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8-14 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Experience with Llama and Hugging Face is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
