Job Title: Retail CRM (TPA)
Job Description (Short):
We are looking for a Retail CRM to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and ensure smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to insurance/TPA services
- Maintain and update CRM/Excel data
- Coordinate with hospitals, clients, and internal teams
- Follow up on cases and ensure timely resolution
- Provide excellent customer support
Requirements:
- Fresher/Experienced can apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle calls and coordination work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
