Position : Supervisor – Production (Moulding)
Experience : 4–5 Years
Education : B.Tech Polymar/CIPET/BE Mech

Fourfront Ltd specializes in electromechanical and electronic products, catering to the Automotive, Industrial, and Household Appliances segments. Our manufacturing plant supplies to leading Indian OEMs such as TATA Motors, Force Motors, Ashok Leyland, TDK, Emerson, and Marcopolo.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of machine operators and technicians in the injection moulding department.
- Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor moulding machines for performance, quality output, and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure proper setup of moulding machines, tools, and equipment.
- Over see mould changes, machine start-ups, shut-downs, and first-off approvals.
- Maintain production documentation, including shift reports, downtime records, and quality checks.
- Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices, safety procedures, and technical knowledge.
- Work closely with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory/warehouse for replenishment.
- Recommend improvements for process efficiency, cycle times, and scrap reduction.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for machines and tools.
