Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

About the Role:
Mirchandani Group is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and fittings
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers for smooth execution
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain reports
- Inspect and ensure quality of materials used at site
- Identify and resolve on-site issues during finishing stages
- Ensure safety standards and compliance at site
- Support project team in achieving timely handover
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in finishing works (real estate/construction industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Language Known – Hindi English Marathi.
