About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and analytical Product Analyst Intern to work closely with our founders, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from gathering requirements and evaluating AI capabilities to demonstrating the product to prospective customers, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting product launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into product features.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Evaluate AI-powered features and identify opportunities to enhance the product using Generative AI.
- Create and optimize prompts for AI applications and support AI feature development.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective customers, explain product features and workflows, answer customer questions, and gather feedback to improve the product.
- Support customer onboarding by helping customers understand and adopt Fabriplay effectively.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, validating features against business requirements, documenting issues, verifying bug fixes, and ensuring features are production-ready.
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, prepare product insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Passion for AI, SaaS, Product Management, and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in:

- Business Analytics
- MBA (Marketing, Business Analytics, or Product Management)
- Prior internship, project, or coursework in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, SaaS, or Software Testing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
