Key Responsibilities
The facilitator serves as the primary academic point of contact for learners, helping them understand AI/ML concepts, complete practical assignments, build projects, and remain motivated throughout their learning journey.

Take end-to-end ownership of learner success, ensuring consistent engagement and timely course completion.

Conduct learner orientation and induction sessions covering LMS navigation, course structure, assessments, project expectations, and learning timelines.

Monitor learner progress against defined milestones and proactively follow up on pending assignments, projects, and assessments.

Identify at-risk learners using engagement metrics and implement timely interventions to improve learner outcomes.

Provide academic guidance on AI/ML concepts, programming fundamentals, assignments, capstone projects, and best practices.

Review coding assignments, case studies, and AI/ML projects (where applicable) and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, technical mentoring sessions, office hours, and project reviews to strengthen learner understanding.

Guide learners on GitHub usage, project documentation, model evaluation, experimentation, and deployment best practices.

Encourage learners to build portfolio-ready AI/ML projects aligned with industry expectations.

Ensure adherence to academic integrity, plagiarism policies, responsible AI practices, and institutional guidelines.

Plan and execute learner engagement initiatives such as webinars, coding workshops, AI demonstrations, hackathons, discussion forums, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support learners with research activities, literature reviews, project evaluations, and final capstone assessments (where applicable).

Maintain accurate learner records and monitor engagement using the LMS and academic tracking systems.

Analyze learner performance and share insights to improve completion rates, learner satisfaction, and overall program quality.

Collaborate with curriculum, product, and content teams to recommend improvements based on learner feedback and industry trends.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into learner support.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Freshers or candidates with 2-3 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, technical training, academic support, EdTech, AI/ML, or Data Science are welcome.

Strong conceptual understanding of the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Good knowledge of Python programming and machine learning workflows.

Comfortable working in a self-paced digital learning environment.

Willingness to handle learner follow-ups, technical mentoring, and academic coordination.
