- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Core Integrations, Reporting Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with data integration processes and methodologies.
