Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-performing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive results, and independently manage campaigns from day one.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Handle social media marketing and content planning.
- Execute email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversions.
- Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales).
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing.
- Knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing preferred
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
