Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Warmly welcome guests, seat them, present menus, and offer detailed information or recommendations regarding ingredients, portion sizes, or dietary restrictions.
- Order Taking: Accurately record orders using POS systems or notepads and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve meals and drinks promptly, refill beverages, and clear plates and glassware as courses are completed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all items meet food safety and hygiene standards and check in with diners to guarantee satisfaction.
- Billing & Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or credit card transactions, and manage the cash register when required.
- Station Maintenance: Perform opening and closing duties, such as rolling silverware, restocking service stations, and wiping down tables.
Core Requirements
- Experience: Proven work experience as a waiter Minimum 1 to 2 year, server, or in a relevant hospitality role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems and safe food handling procedures.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours and carry heavy trays or multiple plates without difficulty.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, a friendly and patient demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
