- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in hotel or resort maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Maintenance: Perform routine checks and repairs on electrical grids, plumbing lines, and central HVAC systems.
- Carpentry & Masonry: Handle minor woodwork, furniture repairs, door lock fixes, and wall touch-ups.
- Appliance Repair: Troubleshoot kitchen equipment, laundry machines, televisions, and geysers.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond swiftly to in-room maintenance requests from guests with a polite and professional attitude.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Certification: ITI diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning systems.
- Versatility: Proven hands-on experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry).
- Hospitality Background: Prior experience working in a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly under pressure.
- Language Skills: Basic English and fluent Hindi to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
