We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in travel sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling domestic and international travel packages, handling client inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities -
- Generate and manage sales leads for domestic and international travel products.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, visa services, transfers, cruises, activities, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless booking execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills -
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales or Travel Consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proven experience in selling holiday packages and travel services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Experience in B2C travel sales.
- Knowledge of international visa processes and travel documentation.
- Experience with travel booking systems and travel CRM software.
- Background in luxury travel, customized vacations, or MICE travel sales.
