About the Role
UZU Health is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our doctor network and promote our healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, doctor relationship management, field sales, demonstrations, and business development.
The role requires regular doctor visits, field travel, presentations, cold calling, and converting prospective doctors into active partners on the UZU Health platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Identify and approach doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers for partnership opportunities.
- Explain the UZU Health ecosystem, benefits, and workflow to doctors.
- Conduct onboarding and ensure smooth registration of doctors on the platform.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for on boarded doctors.
2. Field Sales & Doctor Visits
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare establishments.
- Schedule and attend appointments with doctors and healthcare practitioners.
- Present UZU Health's services and answer queries effectively.
- Gather feedback from doctors and provide insights to management.
3. Product Demonstration & Training
- Demonstrate the UZU Health platform and explain features and functionalities.
- Train doctors and clinic staff on using the platform efficiently.
- Assist doctors during the initial adoption phase and resolve basic queries.
4. Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and field activities.
- Convert leads into successful partnerships and achieve on boarding targets.
- Prepare and maintain a sales pipeline and follow-up tracker.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
5. Marketing Activities
- Promote UZU Health's services through field marketing activities.
- Participate in healthcare camps, seminars, conferences, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and awareness initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally at all business events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare sales, doctor engagement, hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development.
- Experience in doctor onboarding and relationship management is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital healthcare platforms will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
