About the Role
TVS Security is looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, running campaigns, generating leads, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- ● Manage company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- ● Create and publish daily content.
- ● Schedule and manage social media calendars.
- ● Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Content Creation
- ● Create posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos.
- ● Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- ● Coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- ● Assist in video shoot planning and execution.
Brand Building
- ● Increase brand visibility and online presence.
- ● Maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- ● Identify trending topics relevant to the industry.
Campaign Management
- ● Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- ● Support paid advertising campaigns.
- ● Track campaign performance and optimize results.
Lead Generation
- ● Generate qualified leads through social media activities.
- ● Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- ● Promote products, services, and company events.
Analytics & Reporting
- ● Monitor social media performance.
- ● Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- ● Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and campaign results.
Required Skills
- ● Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- ● Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- ● Video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ● Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- ● Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
● Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Content Marketing will be preferred. ● Experience in B2B Marketing, Technology Products, SaaS, GPS Tracking, IoT, Surveillance, Fleet Management, Automotive or Logistics industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
