The Assistant HR Manager supports HR operations in retail stores while coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth manpower management, employee engagement, and execution of promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail and sales staff
- Manage attendance, shifts, leave, and manpower planning across stores
- Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
- Coordinate with sales teams for staffing, incentives, and performance tracking
- Support marketing campaigns, store promotions, and product activations
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, retail, sales, and marketing teams
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and basic compliance support
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
