We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business development executive responsible for Lead Generation, sourcing and procuring electronic waste (IT assets etc.) from vendors, and corporates . The role involves vendor development, price negotiation, and ensuring cost-effective procurement aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new vendors and corporates for e-waste procurement.
- Handle end-to-end procurement of electronic scrap (laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporates, recyclers, and scrap dealers.
- Conduct regular field visits and in-person meetings with clients and vendors for business development and deal closures.
- Travel locally as required to explore new procurement opportunities and maintain existing partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth pickup and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases.
- Achieve procurement targets and cost optimization goals
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of IT hardware and electronic components
- Understanding of e-waste recycling processes and market dynamics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze pricing and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in e-waste, or IT hardware
- Experience in vendor sourcing and deal closure is a must
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
