What you'll be doing:
- Deliver engaging live and recorded sessions on technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and trading psychology
- Break down complex market concepts into simple, practical learning that students can actually apply
- Keep course content updated and market-relevant, you'll own the curriculum quality
- Support students through their learning journey via chats, calls, and live Q&A - respond within 24 hours
- Track student progress and outcomes, and step in when someone needs extra guidance
- Host free webinars and sessions monthly to support brand visibility and lead generation
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure students get the full Horus experience
What success looks like (KPIs):
- Minimum 4–6 sessions per week delivered with 90%+ punctuality and preparation
- 80%+ positive feedback score in monthly student surveys
- 70%+ course completion rate with strong student fundamentals
- Course materials updated monthly with at least one new resource added
You're a great fit if you have:
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in trading, financial markets, or market-related roles
- Real practical market exposure - you've traded, not just studied it
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills - you can simplify complex ideas without losing depth
- Passion for teaching and genuine interest in seeing students succeed
- Comfort with live sessions, webinars, and being on camera
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month
- Performance bonus based on student feedback and outcomes
