Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise (CSE) and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable CRM solutions, model-driven applications, plugins, workflows, portal development, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Processes, and PCF Controls in D365.
- Implement and support solutions within the Project Operations module.
- Develop and manage Customer and Supplier Portals.
- Build and automate business processes using Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Develop scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, SQL, Web API, and XML.
- Perform data migration and conversion activities using KingswaySoft SSIS.
- Manage source code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and task management.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and collaborate with Solution Architects.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application performance and scalability.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Hands-on expertise with Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Processes, and PCF Controls.
- Strong experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Project Operations module and Customer/Supplier Portal development.
- Strong coding skills in C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, SQL, Web API, and XML.
- Experience with KingswaySoft SSIS for data migration activities.
- Strong exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM integrations and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Exposure to large-scale global implementations.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
