About the Role
Luniq Health Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with experience in the Homecare/Home Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, excellent customer relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the homecare and healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, rehabilitation centers, and referral partners.
- Promote home healthcare services and educate clients about available healthcare solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Participate in healthcare events, networking programs, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Homecare/Home Healthcare or Healthcare Services is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of home healthcare services and patient care solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
