Purpose of the Job / Role : Responsible for managing the complete spectrum of Industrial & Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Administration, Labour Laws compliance, Inspections, Government Liaison, audits, and employee welfare initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, sound knowledge of labour legislation, and experience in maintaining harmonious industrial relations. Hands on experience of handling HR Operations - Recruitment, Training, PMS, etc., will be an added advantage
