Job Title: Head of Operations
We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead and optimize service delivery, drive operational excellence and manage high-performing support teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage desktop, VIP, and customer support operations.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvements.
- Oversee critical incident management and stakeholder communication.
- Manage hardware/software installations, upgrades, and system configurations.
- Resolve escalated technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend operational improvements.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members.
- Manage operational budgets and vendor/service costs.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve collaboration.
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Details :
Work Shift : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Week Off : Rotational (Required to work on Saturday & Sunday)
Work Type: Work from Office ( Nungambakkam, Chennai)
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in post sales operations, service delivery, or team leadership.
- Experience with SaaS products and customer support operations.
- Strong knowledge of desktop systems, servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
