System Monitoring: Watching console controls and performance dashboards to ensure all systems, networks, and peripheral equipment are functioning efficiently.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Running diagnostic scans, correcting processing errors, and applying preventive hardware or software maintenance.
Data Management: Initiating batch processes, managing print jobs, and executing backup protocols to prevent organizational data loss.
User Support: Assisting end-users and clients by addressing their technical queries and hardware issues.
Inventory Tracking: Keeping an organized record of IT supplies, computer accessories, and hardware repairs.
