Job Title: Sales Trainer
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years
Industry Preference: Travel / Tourism / BPO / FMCG
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training sessions for new and existing employees
- Train team on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills
- Design training modules for inbound/outbound sales (calls, leads, conversions)
- Monitor performance and provide feedback/coaching
- Work closely with sales managers to improve team performance
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and assessments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales training or sales coaching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling freshers + experienced sales teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales metrics
- Preferably from travel, marketing, or BPO background
Salary: ₹2.40 – ₹3.60 LPA (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
