Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Manager with an Architecture background to drive business growth and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and contractors. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical architectural knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities, influence project specifications, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
· Engage with architects, designers, consultants, and developers to promote products/services and secure project specifications.
· Track project pipelines and identify opportunities in upcoming projects.
· Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
· Achieve sales targets and maintain regular reporting on pipeline and revenue forecasts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or project/specification sales.
- Experience in architecture, building materials, interior solutions, construction products, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and project workflows.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
