Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting company products/services, building relationships, and closing sales in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and customers in the assigned area
- Generate new leads through field visits and references
- Explain products/services to potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collect customer feedback and market information
- Coordinate with the sales team and manager
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Confidence in client handling
- Ability to travel locally
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Additional Requirements
- Bike and valid driving license Mandatory
- Local area knowledge is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
