About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organised Practice Content Coordinator to create and manage visual content for our Practice Spotlight platform.
The role involves creating professional slides in Canva, editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, and coordinating multiple content requests to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional and engaging slides using Canva.
- Edit and format videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ensure videos meet required specifications such as size, aspect ratio, duration and quality.
- Review slides and videos for accuracy, readability and overall quality.
- Follow brand guidelines and approved templates.
- Manage multiple content requests and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams when information or assets are missing.
- Update request status and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities to improve content templates and the overall production process.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with Canva and creating visual content.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions accurately.
- Basic experience with CRM/case management systems is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Education
- HSC or equivalent is required.
- A degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple requests and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
