We're looking for an experienced Estimation/Tendering Engineer (5–7 years) from the facade, construction, or manufacturing industry to manage project enquiries, cost estimation, tender submissions, and bid documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade systems, including aluminum, glass, and cladding.
- Submit competitive tenders and quotations within deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Source quotations from vendors and subcontractors and maintain pricing databases.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Maintain tender records, comparison sheets, and management reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in estimation/tendering.
- Strong understanding of facade materials, systems, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/tendering tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
