Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation.
- Conduct 5–8 client meetings daily.
- Meet HR, Admin, Purchase, and Marketing decision-makers.
- Build and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Update CRM and maintain sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong cold calling and client acquisition experience.
- Target-driven with basic CRM knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
