Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle customers at our real estate project site.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the project site.
- Understand the customer's property requirements.
- Show customers the properties they are interested in.
- Explain project details, prices, and payment plans.
- Answer customer questions and guide them during the site visit.
- Follow up with interested customers after the visit.
- Help convert site visits into sales.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- 1–2years of experience in real estate sales or property advising will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with field/site work.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
