How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Professionals in this group reviews and approves budgets, develops and implements new HR policies and maintains company’s HR systems.
- They are involved in designing and implementing organizations HR policies and setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress.
- They monitor organizations HR systems as well as databases.
- Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
- They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
- They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
- They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.
