AMBEDKAR GROUP OF INSTITUTION is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and effective employee management within our medical college and hospital setup.

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Paramedical College / Institute environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional needs.
- Handle statutory compliances related to medical education & healthcare staff.
- Support workforce planning and performance management.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in hospital/medical college sector preferred.
Salary: Competitive (as per experience & qualifications).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
