- Drive OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, and Health Check-up sales growth
- Build strong relationships with Doctors, Clinics, General Practitioners, and Specialists
- Develop corporate partnerships, wellness programs, insurance tie-ups, and TPA relationships
- Lead and mentor the hospital sales team to achieve business targets
- Organize health camps, community outreach programs, and local marketing initiatives
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, and sales performance through CRM & MIS
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities
- Experience in Hospital Sales, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Business Development, or Corporate Relations
- Strong network with doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, and healthcare stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Team management and leadership experience
